I'm going to a cocktail party tonight.
Someone is already making mojitos and as I have no imagination I now don't know what to make.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster - Hull version.
When I was a student, I used to frequent a club called Spiders in Hull. They were famed for their cocktails, and the low, low prices thereof. Particularly famous was their take on the PGGB.
For this you will need a pint glass.
Place some ice in the glass. Not too much. That'd be silly. Add thereto a measure each of vodka, Pernod, Galliano, and blackcurrant cordial. Add to that a mixer bottle of fresh orange. Now top up the glass with cider. Drink. Repeat and fall over.

Even at 1998 prices, £2.30 for that lot meant that you could get very drunk indeed for not much money at all. Bonza!

Thanks No3L
That was really helpful.

:p

Edit: Enzyme, that sounds like death in a glass! I think I'll have to give it a go.

Happy to be of service chuck!
Edit: I laughed hard in bed last night at idea of gin and custard:

I'd chose that over warm white wine, and not just for comedy value :)

Margheritas ftw!
Or however one spells them. Tequila, cointreau and limes. And salt, if you're that way inclined.

CHCB says she's very hungover. I suspect you might have something to do with that...

Are you up and mobile today?

Yes. Baz is some kind of booze-pusher. Hanging's too good for him, will no one think of the children, etc. Here's my cocktail recipe from last night: 1 glass of prosecco, x pints of Smithwicks (I think x is maybe 6 - could be 7), a mouthful of gin and tonic, and the large share of 2 bottles of red wine. Tastes like crap and the room still spins 12 hours later. I call it "Teh Fluffeh-killa".

Thanks to all for the ideas.
I think tonight is going to be messy!

Have a good one everyone!

Go with the Strutter Fat Fucker shake (youtube it)
A wack of Jack (Daniels), a bag of Gak, a soft pack (ciggies) and a shit load of parmesan, all blended and knocked down as you see fit.

Alternatively White Russians do rule. Careful though, as they about the easiest way to get muntered there is. My recipe:

3 shots vodka
2 shots kahlua
5 shots milk

Expresso, cream, Tia Maria, uppers.. can all be added for variants.

The king of cocktails!
1/2 shots of:
Vodka
Gin
White Rum
Tequila
Triple Sec
Lemon Juice

Shaken over ice then served in a High Ball glass layered on top of Coke with plenty of ice.
