fake vegetable substitutes
Hi all, i'm thinking of giving up vegetables completely. Does anyone have any suggestions of suitable veggie substitutes that are completely made of meat. like quorn, but exactly opposite. Potatos made of chicken, mushies made of steak...you know that sort of thing.

If you take a chicken leg
and debone it, then cut a series of strips along it, peel it open like a banana skin and spray it green, you get a perfectly acceptable substitute for brocolli.

If you spray it white, you can pretend it's cauliflower.

Boiled pigeon beaks

Nothing could be simpler.
Go to your local nursing home- there are plenty of vegetables there.

TRL ^^
full of win. *giggles and clicks*

Alternatively - if there are no old folks homes around - go to your nearest ICU and just steal one of the vegetables from there. They'll most likely be young and tender rather then old and stringy :P
