Edinbash lift thread
Now, I am sorted as I am getting the train, but I have noticed that a lot of people want to go to the Edinbash but haven't sorted transport yet, so I thought it might be time for a car-sharing thread. If you're travelling by car and have a spare seat you want to share, please feel free to bung your details in here, like where you're travelling from, and cities you'll pass on the way where you might be able to pick people up from.

If you want a list, bung your details in here. Any questions, you know where the gaz button is.

I have a large rucksack
so I can bung one of the more compact b3tans in there, but they'll have to put up with my smelly socks.

I am going
from Portsmouth.

Via:

The A3,
J. 10 - 21 of the M25,
the M1
and the A1,

so if you can get along that route and need a lift, gaz me to arrange.

I def have one seat, but may have a couple of seats spare.

i am almost certainly going...
from carlisle, up the 74 then probs the 710 if the weather is nice ;-)
i can manage 2 passengers, maybe 8 if i get the cylinder head back on the crewbus. but frankly that is highly unlikely considering the work i've got on at the moment...

I am going by train via York.
But I could probably carry a small B3tan in my suitcase if I pack carefully.
