Is anyone else stupidly excited? Or do you look down upon me?

Mate, even more so now there ain't gonna be any ad breaks!
What better way to spend a sunday? With a few cold beers after a phat roast dinner.

I used to watch it, but all the rule changes have made it less enjoyable for me.

Than watching the cars go round and round and gently slipping into a blissful slumber, waking up a few laps from the end. Fantastic Sunday afternoon.

Last season was the best for years, and the running is completely upside-down this year thanks to the reg changes. It should hopefully make for better racing, and the rules should now stay relatively stable... I hope!

But the recent rule changes which ensure that "Anyone driving a red Italian car gets the rules bent in their favour" means I can't be arsed with it these days.
Bernie Ecclestone has had a great big wank all over the sport I used to follow like a religion.
I want to see wheel to wheel racing, accompanied by the riff from "The Chain" as an overexcited commentator gibbers his way to apoplexy.
Oh and sparks from the backs of the cars would be ace.

No sparks though. Wood dust, yes... sparks, no.
Independent stewards and video evidence to be released on adjudications should work out those dodgy calls.
Hopefully!
I'm fully aware of the problems there's been over the past few years - I got to the point of only watching the highlights shows - but I have high hopes for this year.

The dwarfen ageing wide boy in charge being dragged by his wrinkly scrotum around Silverstone behind a McLaren before having salt rubbed into his grazes as a retirement present.
Think how great the sport would be if Sir Jackie Stewart were in charge.

Give it a try again this year.
There was a time when I wouldn't miss a race mind you. That was back in the day of Senna though.

Mr Moseley has a lot to answer for too.
But the power seems to be coming back to the teams somewhat, which is refreshing. And with blogs and their comments constantly critical of the slightest error in judgement made by the top two idiots, I've got hope for the future.

11:45 PM on a Sunday night? How am I supposed to stay up for that with work the next morning?
