Easter bastards
I sent my brother an Easter egg via a Thorntons online chocolate delivery service. They offer custom icing, so I got him a simple 'CUNT' iced on it. I was very much looking forward to seeing him open it as these little family moments make life worth living.

What arrived today was a blank egg. Should I sue for my missing CUNT? Given I have an order acceptance receipt from them - I think the item shipped is different to that promised and should therefore be refunded. Any legal opinions? Not to mention damages for my ruined easter.....

The favours and balloons we ordered for our wedding still haven't turned up, despite being ordered in good time and well within the 3-5 days delivery time. We got married 6 days ago.

Not happy. Apparently they were sent yesterday. They're going straight back...

Likewise the cufflinks ordered for me with special next day delivery (£6.50 for guaranteed speedy postage) at the beginning of last week - they still haven't bloody turned up either.

What is it with customer services in this fucking country?

What's an Easter egg without a little profanity, um, smeared across it? It's just a bent piece of chocolate. I shall give them an out - write them a stiff email, and they can send the letters out to I Anglepoise, so he can stick his own sugary cunt on the front.....
