You don't have a freeview box?
I mostly keep my tv on 24/7 to justify the crippling license fee. Freeview is just another reason to keep it switched on...that and the fact that I don't pay bills round here.

I'm good thanks, currently have a shit ton of peroxide on my head, but no burning sensation which has got to be a good thing :)
