Ahh. I read the bit about it coming from Russia

it was a powerpoint thing with lots of stars and red, white and blue
the way it constantly repeated everything it said and the way it finished with a massive picture of an eagle with a sappy statement.

But maybe the fact that it's a gift from Russia is the reason it hasn't received an overabundance of press? I don't particuarly want to go all tinfoil hat on you all but let's face it the US and Russia have never exactly gotten on particuarly well.
