I has a farting kitteh
She's gorgeous, with fluffeh kitteh fur, cute eyes and a sweet disposition. But she also has an arse from the planet stink.

Can anyone suggest a means of curing her unfortunate affliction?

Tourette's came up
with loads of ideas to stop her farts killing everyone I'm sure we could apply them to kittems

Castor Oil is your friend here!
No more farts with a couple of spoons of that...

this might not be a popular solution
but a pair of gloves won't fart.

just putting it out there

A hammer.
Just use the claw-side of it.
No more cat = no more farts.

diet?
keep her off the curry/beans/allbran/eggs for a few days...

Stick to the same brand of cat food
Even if some other brand is on special offer. They're all slightly different and cats digestion adapts to the one they're currently on.
Also they make special kitten food for a reason.

What are you feeding her on?
If it's a high quality diet like Hills/Burns/RCW then that shouldn't happen.

There is an anti fart formula you can get for babies that you can also give to cats as my sister in law had to give it to her cat when her kids were young.

Diet is the problem
We put down a pouch of Wiskas for all three cats and she hogs the lot, plus she seems to ignore her dry biscuits.

The only solution would either be to try Becky's anti-guff formula or shut Shelly outside while the other two cats have a decent feed.

She eats Hills
And it's not so much that she farts anymore (she did when we first got her - I'm guessing it was the change of food and nerves, often happens to me too...) but now she quite often just smells of bum.

And not in a good way.

*EDIT* Okay, the Hills is there but she likes to wolf down the single pouch of whiskas that is put down each day for them all to share.

Get rid of the Whiskas
it does them no good. My parents would always save a pack of it for them to share when they got back with the weekly shop to stop them destroying the shopping bags. My mum forgot when I was last home and couldn't figure out why she had 3 destructive cats trying to gnaw her legs off.

Right, the Whiskas is going in the bin
I suspect the nuggets have been at it too...
