It is f'ugly and crap in technological terms, bar the round screen. Worth my £1200!
I have bought many a thing that has cost me ridiculous amounts of money. Namely cars.
Namely, my limousine (RIP)

Cost of puppy - £600
Cost of cages (as he grew. And grew) - £200
Cost of insurance so far £400
Cost of food so far £1440
Cost of dog training £500
Cost of toys and treats £1,000,000,000 ish
Cost of dog sitting £400
Cost on sanity - cannot be valued.
Cost on personal freedom - cannot be valued
I reckon total outlay so far to be in the region of a £3-4 grand. And he's only just 2.
Gains?? A great canine pal, companion in the evenings, dog hair everywhere, something to force me out of doors, some brilliant dog-walking friends, and learning a lot about myself.
But seriously, just don't do it.

There is no way in the world that that is a waste of money.
You silly, silly man.
When I was little my rich mates dad bought him a wooden T.A.R.D.I.S. It was about 4ft high and fookin ace!
For expensive mobiles I would suggest checking out the 'Vertu' range.
My other rich mates dad bought him a real, working child size Rolls Royce - that was rather nice.

20m of bubble wrap and a tamagotchi off ebay at 3am in the morning one time. I then had to try and justify these purchases to my dad, I failed miserably.
