They're keeping a close eye on what I eat. Therefore, when I wanted to have a couple of my lovely homemade gingerbread (nothing like grinding your own spices! [/smug cooker]) with my tea, I hid them in my bra when I was going upstairs.
Now there are crumbs in my bra and it's itchy.
What stupid, thoughtless thing have you done today?

I'm actually reading The Poet & The Women at the moment, although more off than on as I tend to be too stoned to concentrate on it by this time of day.

She's the really horny Spartan who makes cock jokes the whole time.
I'm not physically fit, but I think I'd make a good Spartan woman.
And in one of my copies, she's Northern, so it's quite apt.
I'm not reading much at the mo, trying some Pushkin parallel translation and a spot of re-reading old favourites like Molesworth. And avoiding reading what I SHOULD be reading, like books on the Enlightenment and Bloody Cicero.

I alternate between reading utter trash because I feel lazy and want something enjoyable and usually detective story ish, and thinking I need to read something intellectual and improving.
