Went out with some girlfriends to celebrate my best friend's 18th - had tea in a really relaxed "bistro" (was more a pub then anything else), gave her lots of pressies, had stacks of poor quality food and alcohol (I had a Grasshopper - fucking WIN) - meandered slightly (okay more then slightly) drunkenly to the cinemas and watched Wolverine - and fucked off back to said mate's to indulge in a little bit of Stones and lemonade before falling asleep on her couch watching fawlty towers.
Had a hangover this morning, feel tired as hell but fuck it was a good night!
When was your last great night out?
EDIT: gotta love not getting ID'd for alcohol!!

As in Ginger Wine?
My great night "out", as opposed to at a mates, drinking and smoking, was when I went to Bristol.
Was there for the weekend with my girlfriend, and we ended up going on a pub-crawl, in a tiny boat, to all the pubs on the waterfront. Excellent night!
EDIT: I got ID'd for cigarettes the other day. What. The. Fuck?

But look older. And I got ID'd for cigarettes. In bloody Waitrose.

It was probably the shock of not seeing someone over 40 in beige or jodphurs (this is what my local one seems to be exclusively by).

4.5 hours all you can drink of organic beer, a choice of varieties. Freshly made german food sold separately. And all this for ¥1,600 (or about $15 or 8 quid sterling). And they do this special every friday!
