To be fairyou could pick virtually any episode of any season and get at least 3 memorable quotes.
Series 6, when their memories have been wiped and Spike is convinced he's Gile's son: "You called me Randy Giles? Why didn't you just go the whole hog and name me 'Desperate for a shag Giles?"
