While I'm not a huge fan of counselling as it did nothing for me, I know that it can work wonders for others
so whatever the reason you're seeing them, try to go in there with an open mind and have faith in yourself that you can sort out whatever's wrong in your life.

I had a quite a good one a good few years ago. I'd alsways go in wondering what to say and I'd come out feeling really good about myself. Not necessarily for everyone but it worked for me.
