Shite! I just heard the couple in the balcony opposite me having a screaming match
I saw the guy smack her around the face 3 times. (as in punch the fuck out of, not just a bitch slap). I called the cops - they just arrested the guy and she was carted off in an ambulance.

Waiting for the cops to knock on my door............

The nice police officers just got done questioning me
They were lovely, and had coffee with me. Told 'em what I saw and what I heard, the girl is gonna be fine and I guess this is the 3rd domestic violence dispute they've had, so it looks like he's not going to get out of jail anytime soon.

Oh no no no!
No mini sainthood here.......I was chucked in jail a few years ago for smacking the fuck out of my ex boyfriend after he'd beaten the shit out of me. He just knew California law better than I did.
Case ultimately dismissed, but knowing the law now.....I am NEVER going to turn a blind eye against that shit. And when I watched that cunt punch her down.......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........I would actually have gone back to jail for that.

I got thrown in prison myself for doing a similar sort of thing (not the one on my profile). As with you, luckily case dismissed... but it's something should never be ignored. You, ma'am, are full of win.

I have an ex who was a thrower (as in plates, cups and anything else that came to hand).
I used to have the leave the house when it started because any attempt to restrain her did not exclude getting a knee in the nuts whilst she screamed her head off and society sees a man restraining a woman as offence and not self-defence regardless.

Still loved her though and always will cos when she was good, she was fantastic and she was filthy to boot.

The brother had a smacker once too.
She was a big girl so she packed some punch.
He ended up ko'ing her one night - not in a violent way, just a straight right to the sweet spot under the chin.
She dropped like a sack of spuds.
Poor lad was traumatised.
Never truly decided whether he did the right thing or not.

I reckon he was ok.
If she was hitting him frequently, he was being abused by her. Not only did he hit her once in self-defense, but he'd obviously endured it for quite a while. Especially if she was as strong as him: I'm just impressed that he didn't do it sooner.
