/whinge on
...emptying my sinuses hourly, feeling like shit and coughing like an old man to the point that it wakes me up at least twice a night so it's been made official - I'm sick to the fucking back teeth of it.
I'll whore out my peachfuzzed arse to anyone that can make it stop, and the BF will prob give his blessing to boot.

Any chance you've got hayfever?
Doesn't matter if you've not had it before.
It can strike you at any time, without warning. Like cancer.

...and to test the theory, the BF gave me some of his anti-histamines (spelled right? can't be arsed looking it up), which made me feel ever-so-slightly worse. It was worth a try though.

...just selected parts of the BF. And before you ask, he's not the slightest bit porscine ;)

With added lemsip. Drink it in bed cos it knocks you the fuck out.
Just to clarify.
1 Lemsip.
Treble whisky
3 spoons Honey
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
Hot water.
Mix well and down the hatch. Sleep. Feel better.

...that's my shopping list for the journey home, though I've already got the honey and spliffs covered. Seriously, at this point I'll try anything, I just want it to fuck the fucking fuck off :)
EDIT: The ingredients have been acquired, but I'm taking advice and saving it for bedtime - there's stuff I need to stay awake for for the moment. Tune in tomorrow to see if it cures me or kills me.

with craploads of chamomile, fresh+dried if you can get it (My Dad grows loads in the garden. Teabags are ok, but not as effective/strong)
Towel over head, breath in the steam for half an hour.
Seems to have an anesthetic effect on the throat and lungs, as well as relaxing the mind a little. Don't know if it will help for more than a few minutes after you finish with the steam but it's def worth a go.

then add water and some veggies/seafood to make soup.
if you prefer stronger flavours, use a veggy stock cube.
Veggies I use are spinach and beansprouts - for seafood you can usually get a mixed tub from your local Supermarket or juts use prawns - the brine will add density to the flavour also.
Twill cure what ails ya!
Sweat it out until your eyeballs bleed.
