I just rediscovered how truly awful my balance is.
I just fell over on my bum, while trying to put on my knickers.
I blame my cat for frightening me by attacking my toe out of nowhere.

okay where do I swap my balance skills please?

I too
fall over if I shut my eyes. Even all the yoga and martial arts, although they help, haven't stopped it. So I'm going with the inner ear thing too. But what does one do about it?
(, Mon 15 Jun 2009, 0:24, Reply)
Take drugs.
They thicken the gunk in the inner ear and stop it swishing about as much (technical explanation).
