I'm not my usual cheery self. My sleep's been weird and I'm rather chaotic and disorganised at the mo. What about you lot? Is there something 'in the air'? Or do I just need a kick up the arse?

And sorry to burst your bubble but, depending on where you are, it's likely to fucking smash it down with rain today.

I didn't sleep that well either - too hot and sweaty all night long....gave me odd dreams too. I've gone back to bed.

which is one of the reasons why I didn't bother to iron my shirt.
My thinking was that the humidity would "steam" it on the walk into the office.
It didn't work I look a mess.

That is the ridiculous kind of thing I try to convince myself of when I'm late for work.

I've just called in and booked today off. It just wasn't happening for me. At least I took it as a holiday and didn't pull a sicky...

This is very worrying as I appear to be drinking just as much, if not more. I'm definitely getting very drunk. My hangovers used to be colossal. Eek!
( , Mon 15 Jun 2009, 9:21, Reply)

You're very healthy? Which would be good?
If not - I'm confused..
( , Mon 15 Jun 2009, 9:42, Reply)

I used to get hangovers because I was young, then I smoked for years, and I think that exacerbates a hangover for a number of reasons. Now, I'm older, I'm probably a seasoned drinker, and I no longer smoke. I just need to keep practising so I can drink without getting so drunk.

I nearly didn't make it today.
Four days of being outside in hot, hot weather.
Such a good festival though!

Yes I noticed the typo but decided it'd be less effort to tell you all that I'd noticed it than it would be to correct it.

Clean my flat and sort a cupboard, then reward myself with a walk to the river and a beer in the shade.
