Evening Spak
Home and munching on cheese twists, still knackered. Hows things down your way?

Evening HP
My weekend had generous dosages of win. The highlight was watching one of my friends get married, and the best man etc. making their speeches. There was a good heckle in the best-man's speech. I couldn't remember what it was but in my drunken state of mind, still congratulated the heckler.

Sounds like you had an energetic weekend.

Heckles are all of excellent
Sadly, I'm the one who always thinks one up thrity seconds too late... I have them ready for Bill Bailey though! The good old "Get a haircut" and "Take off your shirt" which I'm sure he has never heard before.

Weekend was energetic, which I will not go in to as I'm sure just about everyone was aware of what happened (just waiting for Madam to appear). I think me and Maladicta would have had to confiscate each others cards if we'd stayed in Camden much longer - just way too much to buy!

The juicyness potential of this is astounding
and the only heckle I can think of right now starts with "Pot and 'Dicta up a tree..." :)

I'd have been here sooner if Magic Online III had not been being downloaded.
*pounces* You have the cheese straws! Giev!

More like a competition
I think Hair Pot looks like he's winning...
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:46, Reply)
yeah, your probably right

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:47, Reply)
Potty and I win jointly, I think :)

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 21:28, Reply)
I SURE DID, I got a drunken invite for a free trip to the Ice Hotel
I bought one of these fuckers oxygenplus.com/ and it definitely battles a hangover, I used it twice that night and it also sobers you up a treat...or at least gives you the illusion, not sure thats a good thing because I proceeded to drink enough to float an ark.

You??
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:50, Reply)
those things sound good.
Just the other day the g/f reminded me of us doing nitrous on our first date, so I'm curious to know what pure O2 is like
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:53, Reply)
nothing like that I'm afraid
just is supposed to give you an energy boost

it helped battle a hangover but is doing nothing for the womenly issues, against that there is no cure :(
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:57, Reply)
chocolate?

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:02, Reply)
some form of torture probably

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:12, Reply)
If you're on a diet
then chocolate can be a form of torture.
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:30, Reply)
.
If you have the illusion of having your hangover battled, I suppose that's as good enough.

As for me, my weekend involved meeting up with friends of my friend who was going to get married, going to a b3ta bash, attending a friend's wedding, accommodating another friend, and meeting up for breakfast lunch with yet another friend.
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:01, Reply)
no sleep for you then?

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:02, Reply)
it seems you're trying to convince us that you have friends

(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:06, Reply)
This is my challenge
Previously, I had to convince you all I had a life.

Evening all
Weekend was rather good. Helped out at the village fete on the saturday, and was working alone on the pimms stall for a couple hours (with no way of contacting anyone else to get some more help...).
Then went windsurfing on sunday. Didn't do well enough to get my level 1 (strong, gusty wind, rather hard), but since the place I'm going too has a "guaranteed pass" policy that just means that I get to go for another 4 hours in a couple weeks for free! WOO!
And to top it all off the new medication for my misc. medical problems finally seems to be kicking in, so the worst pain I have at the moment is from straining a muscle while windsurfing.
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:44, Reply)
Evening Tedium
A full weekend and medication that works is all you need really.
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 19:53, Reply)
Aye
Just wish my weeks were as full, on holiday from uni at the moment and rather bored, most of my friends are either working or in foreign parts, and I'm too lazy to organise anything with the others.
(, Mon 20 Jul 2009, 20:12, Reply)
At the moment all my weeks are full
I finally get a full time job once again and my weekends are only long enough to wind down before the week winds me up.
