Well, my colleague and I don't exactly get on brilliantly
which is why we were put on extended probation and she's a bunny-boiling type who has a real problem with me still living with my flatmate even though we're not together any more... am worried it's all going to kick off again!

It's honestly mostly me being hormonal and irrational though

I suggest small ways of driving her mad that don't pin the blame on you. Nothing overly serious - just give yourself a laugh every now and then.
