Mini poll bar

Edit: I added the Vauxhall because my bother had one when I was about 10, and it went like a shitty rocket of a stick.

The McLaren
I have wanted one of those cars for a very long time. The Veyron is nice, but the McLaren is where it's at.

Also, wasn't that a few weeks ago?

well, this series anyway
Apparently, te Veyron can go from 0 - 200mph faster then the McLaren F1 can get from 120 - 200mph. But I don't care. When I first heard of it, saw the article in Performance Car magazine and saw Tiff Needel hurtling round that circuit in one, I fell in love with the McLaren F1. So what if the Veyron's faster and has more bhp?

Liszt was a brilliant pianist and composed and played some very technically challenging music, but Chopin's is exquisitely beautiful.

I've been in love with it for a long time too.

nice to see that it still stands up next to something as absurd as the veyron.

My own choice out of the two?
Macca. For the purity of the unassisted steering, uncorrupted by electronics feel and the extra seat. The Veyron may well be faster, but I can't see the point.

My choice per se? Well, I'd save myself most of the £2m (the current going rate for a used Macca/Veyron) and buy a mint Mk2 Golf 16v for kicks, an Alfa Romeo 159 for days out and a Citroen Berlingo to shove mountain bikes in the back of.

In this speed restricted, Eco-mentalist world you can't drive 100 yards without being harrassed to within an inch of your tolerance, but you can ride a mountain bike flat out like a loon and no-one bats an eyelid.
