Just started uploading music to my phone using the supplied softwareand then remembered how agonisingly slow it is.
Cancelled, switched phone off, removed memory card, plugged it in to USB adaptor, dragged and dropped, put card back in phone, turned phone back on.
Copied 40+ songs in the time it would have taken to do 2, maybe 3. :)
