200 miles is nought really...a few year ago, whilst i was getting divorced, i went for a wee ride around europe... 4800miles in 4 weeks...including Bern to Ile de Noirmoutier in 1 day, a trip of about 700 miles...
crazy days!

it was fun at the time!even the bit where i almost crawled into the truck-motel at 8.30pm, soaking wet and freezing, tired beyond comprehension and then couldn't remember what country i was in so started talking gibberish to the bemused teenager behind the desk.
i was okay an hour later after a long, hot shower and some food.
but never again!!!
