Well I'm back at work and have noticed my bank have charged me £294 in "bank charges" for going into an overdraft I don't have because my financial situation isn't good enough for an overdraft but can obviously hold up to stupid charges. They have already charged me £190 last month. Stop eating my money you fucking clunge monkeys.

I'm massively pissed off which sucks after the awesome weekend.

I may have to kill my housemate and sell his organs. Talk about whatever you want I'm tired and angry and sulking today and can't be bothered thinking up amusing questions for you lot

I've complained to the bank
Apparantly there is some legal faffing about overdraft charges at the moment so they don't have to resolve anything just yet. But I am going to call the Financial Ombudsman later and see what they recommend.

Edit: it's probably worth posting your situation in their forum. It might not be a case of claiming all your charges back but maybe threatening to do so might get these more recent charges overlooked... May be worth a punt.

...and I'm a man who likes his line breaks. It does seem from people's responses to a few of his posts that most a lot some of these overdraft charges can be recovered, though, so it may be worth ploughing through.
