Some of my usuals:
Long Island Iced Tea:
Half shots of Vodka, Gin, White Rum, Tequila & Triple Sec, a shot of lemon juice, shake and layer over coke in a highball.

Whiskey Sour:
3 shots of bourbon (I usually use Jim Beam), 2 shots of lemon juice, caster sugar, water to taste (about 2 shots usually). Shake and serve in a highball over ice.

White Russian:
1 shot each of Vodka & Kahlua, shake with milk and serve over ice in a rocks glass.

Old Fashioned:
Double Bourbon, 1 sugar cube, 2 dashes Angostura bitters & a splash of soda water,
Place sugar cube in a rocks glass and moisten with bitters, add a dash of soda water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey.

It's a bit of a stretch calling this a cocktail but
TVR:
1 shot each of Vodka and Tequila, Red Bull for the mixer, serve over ice in a highball.

I like
slightly more vodka than kaluha and a mix of half milk / half cream. And it should be shaken with ice.
