Mash a load of chickpeas, whack in some smooth peanut butter (I find tahini rather bitter) as much crushed garlic as you like (2-3 cloves) and the juice from 2 or 3 lemons. If I have sesame seeds, I toast them lightly in a dry frying pan and mix those in too. NOM.
