been a good day, got router table proper sorted and made window boards for house.
had wee one at the docs with suspected swine-flue but it wasn't.
just having a cup of tea before i venture out in search of prawns and booze. spicey noodles for tea. nom.

My ex became heavily dependant on them and took them for about ten years (they're supposed to be a short term drug for insomnia). There were times when he took a dozen of the high strength ones at a time. He totally lost his short term memory - which made me end up wanting to kill him as I got so sick of having the same conversations with him a hundred times a day - and it affected his personality too.

All that said, I still have a stash and take one once or twice a year when I get a killer migraine, and they sort me out right good. They're too much fun to take, that's the problem with them...
