I am still lurgy-ed up, currently has migrated to my nose and filling my sinuses, having started the day as a sore throat. Woe is me!

Felt a little rough Saturday, drank far too much and whatever it was seized its chance and brung me low.

Sore throat, high temp, cough, aches - not man-flu bad, just feel-like-crap bad.
