yeah, no one gives enough of a crap about that shit.
You actually have to be testing on animals or carrying out abortions. Intellectually musing on whether or not people have a right to die isn't quite as provocative as you like to think.

I spent an afternoon last week
in a room full of robots and genetically engineered monkeys.

I can't remember what that project was.
But I sit on an animal research ethics committee; a lot of the proposals we consider involve GM animals, and every now and again we go to familiarise ourselves with the facilities in which they're held.
