for the first 30 years of my life, I didnt really like red meat. Now just the thought of it makes me feel ravenous.
I watched the start of "Young butcher of the year" because they had to butcher half a side of beef in 45 mins, it looked delicious!

but if you like steak this stuff will blow your mind:

That and a bottle of good Argentinian Malbec and you're away.

Far and away the best steaks I've ever had. That's where I first had chimichurri. Fuck me I think I may have to go there for dinner.

pretty modest affair, metal basin with lid, meat sits on a trivet with woodchips below which is in turn heated from the outside by 2 small meths burners. Only about £50, the idea of catching fish, and having them filleted and smoked within 15 minutes sounds very appealing.
Smoked hams, smoked cheese perhaps, smoked chops and probably just about anything you could fit in it.

If I had the room for one I'd get one in a shot. I cannot think of a savoury foodstuff that isn't (edit, duh) improved by smoking it. My boss smokes duck and swears it's fucking magic.
