When I give blood
or when I gave blood, I haven't for some time, they would give you Bourbons and Custard Creams and sometimes crisps depending where you were. And you could drink as much squash as you wanted, three cups if you really wanted, and your mum couldn't tell you off.

Totally a fan of Rich Tea here, esspeicaly with some melted brie and a nice condiment... or maybe just some emintile.
