It's a promotion to what I have now,
so full time complaints handling and no more opening letters and counting envelopes :D I know I can do it, but I really, really hate interviews...

because I'm shit with children and babies freak me out a bit. One of my male colleagues whose Mrs is pregnant stared gooily into the pram for a full five minutes.
