Pip-pip
Tomorrow I get to go and play with trains in their natural habitat, the depot. Having to get up at 6 for this is not really sweetening the deal...

how'd the interview go????

(, Wed 9 Dec 2009, 20:25, Reply)
Shite - the written part was absolutely no problem, but they asked me all the wrong questions
when I got in there and some of my answers made them go o.O

I'll get it if all the other applicants die, I think.

I know :( apparently it was harder deliberately to ensure they headhunt the best...

That can be... arranged
I'm just saying. You've got "friends".

Ooo.
Could you bump off Stalker Girl while you're at it, do you think?

Easier
An overdose would come as no surprise to anyone. *sinisters*

I wouldn't lose all hope just yet.
Sometimes, they may make the process look deliberately hard. You may be led to thinking you didn't get the job, when in fact, you could end up getting it. Maybe they deliberately asked the wrong questions and are more interested in what you got right. Or the other applicants were crap.

That's what they've done - they know I can write letters, they know I can do emails
and they know I can do it in French. Plus I had a splitting headache and felt very, very sick for most of the day...

Trains in their natural habitat.
I can just imagine a bunch of trains shunting around a siding ready to pounce on their prey. David Bellamy could film a wildlife documentary and hide behind a signal and use a passenger as bait to lure a wild train.

Or a Pokéball.
If you stun it first.
