I got to be honest, I've found america's ages of things quite weird.I mean, driving at 14, sex at 18 and drinking at 21... it just seems wrong to me.

you actually can't get your learner's permit until 15 and 6 months in Virginiaand I think it's just wrong that your legal age is 16, maybe it's because I've grown up here but the idea of sleeping with a 16 year old is just gross.

I can see what you mean, I feel the same way about 14 year olds, which is the age for a lot of mainland europe.I think there should be some sort of buffer, a 16 year old and a 15 year old isn't that big of a deal, a 30 year old and a 15/16 year old is.
