Comparing people who believe in God with nazis is not a good way of making friends.
I don't consider you inferior, I have no problems making friends with people who don't believe the same as me. I don't judge you, so why do you judge me?
You see? You fear God belivers trying to convince you that you're wrong, but that's exactly what you were doing in that post below.

before you start getting so hysterical. You called Lord Scrope a racist because he made a fatuous comment regarding peoples religious beliefs. Now that's a pretty big leap, but beside the point.
I'm simply changing my favourite picture of him to reflect current internet opinion. I wasn't making any judgement, but now I am. You take the internet far too seriously.

Or did I just go mid-convo? Did I have my eyes open when I was asleep? I often do this at parties and it really frightens people.

And I was talking to you as you said you wouldn't be friends with someone you find scary.
Maybe I did take it too seriously. You see, in general, I don't like being insulted and being isolated because of what I believe.
It's peculiar to think you have some friends from this site (real friends that you meet in real life). The subject of God never comes in conversation. And now that it does you know that they'd never be friends with someone who believes in God. It was a bit of a shock. Sorry if I took it against you.

"Could you be friends with someone who you think is scary?"
This was a post aimed at BGB in reference to a facebook photo of me she has commented on. It wasn't addressed to you, or in reference to anything you said.
If you don't like being insulted don't come on b3ta, if your belief in your god is so pathetically easy to abuse then you've got to question yourself, not get upset at people around you.
The subject of God has often arisen in conversations on this site, and the people I am friends with are (as far as I know) in agreement with me that it's all a load of bollocks, or, if they do have strong religious convictions that I am unaware of, they are willing to set aside the fact that I don't believe what they do and still be friends with me. I do exactly the same thing too since I don't look to pick fights with people about religion.
But apparently thinking that an invisible omnipotent entity might be a fabrication makes you dismissive of people based purely on where they are born. That's a massive leap which you have absolutely no justification in making.

I think it's you now who needs to re-read the post.
I never tried to convince anyone of anything. I just don't understand that people I consider my friends won't want to be my friends anymore because of what I believe.
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 10:53, Reply)
have you met him socially? He's a lovely chap.
Now, the big thing here is, he posted a comment on b3ta (that bits important) saying he didn't want to be friends with some people because they believed in god.
Now, given what I know of him, and where he posted that comment (b3ta remember) it's a pretty good bet that his tongue was hovering in the vicinity of his cheek to a certain degree.
Now, as for me not reading posts
"The fact that you despise people for their believes, considering them inferior to you, makes YOU a racist."
And the only answer I can sensibly give here is NO IT FUCKING DOESN'T IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BELIEFS IT'S TO DO WITH THEIR RACE, THEIR RACE!
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 10:57, Reply)
Give me the word for isolating, segregating or judging people for their beliefs, rather than race. That's the one I want to use.
I don't think LS will want to meet me as, no mater how good or bad I am, I believe in God and therefore we can't be friends. That's my point.
BTW, I already said sorry to you.
(, Mon 14 Dec 2009, 11:09, Reply)
That makes you a racist.
