was round at my parent's yesterdayand caught a glimpse of the griddle pan that will be on its way to me at christmas.
I had to george foreman my steak last night. just wasn't the same :-/

Is it just the ridges?Is that what's so special about griddle pans, rather than a frying pan?

the ridges are a big partalso that you can get them insanely hot without fucking them up
