Wahey!
That's a fantastic fucking hat !

Win is the word, sir.
That looks like an exceptionally warm hat. My friend Hannah bought one like that in Prague and refused to be separated from it for some time.

So would I!
I prefer my little black cap.

I can sympathise
I want to wear it indoors too!

you'll end up with
sweaty ears!

It's mostly for outdoor use
and if the ears do start to become sweaty, I can untie the flaps and let them dangle to let in a
cool Arctic breeze.

Now, if my hat could transform into a laser-firing robot
it would be almost as cool as one that could transform into a helicopter.

my friend
had a cthulu hat made for me. It's awesome, it has tentacles

Do you have a pic?
And can the tentacles be used to tie it?

:( i just realised I left it in the ex's house
i have apicture, but its on suckbook and it doesn't show it very well
the tentacles don't tie up, they have wire in them so I can position them for maximum brain destruction
EDIT: here it is

Looks cool
but the tentacles may be better served dangling downwards to keep the ears warm.

yeah, although it does mean I will be able to hear nothing
I will have to do a ninja-run on my old house and get it back sometime soon.

I'll keep it for a while yet
but I've decided it's a seasonal thing, so my face will only be in bloom in the Winter.

Keeps it warm, I bet.
I sometimes wrap my hair around my throat like a scarf when it's long enough, and I can't imagine why anyone would want short hair when long hair keeps your ears warm so well!

I've found I can twist mine into teeny tiny dreads.
Then I rage because it's not straight any more!

I sometimes like to shave off everything except my soul-patch
and pretend I've got a miniature mimsy on my chin.

In this day and age, that means shaving the lot off.

It's ornamental only
and is therefore non-functional.

I'm not much of a fan of soul-patches anyway
but if I decide to shave off my beard, I leave the patch on just for a bit to see what it looks like. And I pretend I'm viewing some 70's pr0n.

Do you talk in a Barry White voice when shaving?
(
Lisette von Falcon, Thu 17 Dec 2009, 21:49,

I'd have longer hair if I had the patience to grow it
but mine tends to turn into an Afro when grown.
But for now, my facial hair makes a good substitute for all my long-hair needs.

Could try that, or make 'em smaller and have dreadlocks
Closest I managed so far was a solitary ponytail.
