but for breakfast it is too dry. cereal and it's accompanying milk really enlivens the soul

you just need to have the appropriate refreshment with your toast
for instance, this morning I got a load of frozen apple, melon, grapes and mandarin, whizzed it into a smoothie with some apple juice and had it with marmite and butter on granary toast.
