Yeah, but it ROCKS!Seriously, it's become one of my signature dishes among my friends. The hardest part about it all is cutting up the pork- I use pre-ground spices, so it's just a matter of measuring them out and juicing the lemons. Do all of that the night before and let it marinate,, then just put it in the oven for four hours and forget about it until dinner time.
Rodriguez is hit-or-miss on films, but he sure can cook!
