Dexter, Rescue Me, Weeds, House, and dare I say it, Grey's Anatomy

Weeds is fucking ace
and Grey's Anatomy is thoroughly entertaining as well.

apart from the shit bit with the ghost, that was just stupid. Izzy can fuck off

Ah, but it wasn't a ghost
it was her brain tumour.

I love how bizarre these things are and when you explain the plot to people - She had a love affair with a heart patient that she tried to kill in order to save him but he died anyway and then his ghost turned out to be a brain tumour that she had and then she ended up marrying another doctor...

Daft! But ace.

it's just got better and better to be honest
the actual surgery storylines are really very good

Yes, they are
what with Grey's, House and ER I think I could deal with any medical emergency now - it's never lupus.
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:38, Reply)
Except when it is

(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:41, Reply)
They've had one case of lupus
on ER - so therefore only people who live in Chicago get it.

OOOooooh Dexter. I knew you mentioned one the other night that got the synapses firing again.
I think I'll start from Season 1 again :)
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:31, Reply)
I'm watching the minutes tick by until they begin filming season 5
But we have to wait a bit to let Michael C Hall get better - he's had cancer.

Can't wait for the next season. Intelligent, gripping and lots of blood.
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:36, Reply)
Yeah I saw. That made me sad. But he's getting better :)

When is Dexter back on?

(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:36, Reply)
Apparently
it's set for September 2010.
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:42, Reply)
Do watch Rescue Me
it's a grittier and funnier version of London's Burning.

With more sex too.

And Dennis Leary - the cheap and living version of Bill Hicks.

SOLD!

(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 12:46, Reply)

Watch this clip
Hilarious, possibly NSFW but no bad language or full nudity - it's what's suggested....*snigger*

Haaaa that was brilliant. I can't decide now, The Wire or Rescue me next up.

(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 13:14, Reply)
I've got the first season of The Wire on DVD
I've watched the first episode three times now and can't get into it.

So my money's on Rescue Me for the black comedy - it's all in the wake of 9/11.
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 13:29, Reply)
Apparently it takes the first 5-7 episodes to really hook you in. I've got seasons 1-5 on my external hard drive
So I think I'll do that first and dl rescue me while I watch them. If they're both awesome, I'll buy the box sets.
(, Mon 1 Feb 2010, 13:36, Reply)
Brilliant!
