Nothing interesting
They're all in the ears. Wanted my nose, eyebrow, lip etc done when I was 17 so but my Mum forbade it. I know, rock'n'roll. Have since sworn off belly button (only for girls), nipple (too gay) and penis (FUCKING OUCH) as well as all of the original ideas as they were promptly claimed by Chavs and boy bands.
