I'm just about to have my objectives set in my PDR
Thing is, I don't realy do anything that could be classed as a "S.M.A.R.T" target. I sort of just do odds and ends that need doing for my team. Everyday I get given a different (but always spreadsheet related) task.

So how I'm going to be given objctives is quite interesting, I'm sort of looking forward to it to see how my boss is going to set some.

I don’t know what those acronyms mean
So I’m guessing PDR stands for “Penis Disfigurement Regime” and SMART stands for “Shag My Arse Roughly Tonight”
