I don't want to start a new thread with this, but opinions on this please...
job 1 = annoying, but will last the rest of the academic year. Pays badly (comparatively) and takes up more time that it should
job 2 = much less annoying, pays well and there are more hours available if I quit job 1, BUT may end in a month (also may not)

Doing both is doing my head in, too many hours, too much commitment, too many nightclasses, if this goes on for long I might just pop.

Is quitting job 1 a really bad idea or not?

job 2 sounds better

yeah, but if I only do that job, I might have no job at all in a month or so's time

it's a risk definitely
but as becky below said, could lead to greater things.

yup
i think I've made my mind up
people at job2 have been talking about giving me more hours of my very own (rather than cover) next year

sod it, job 1 needs to go!

Hope it works out well

Job 2. It could lead to greater things and it wouldn't be terribly dull

Give up both jobs and become a pole dancer.
Now that's were the money is. If I was only 20 years younger I'd be greasing myself around the thing for all I was worth.

not sure I could get away with that
perhaps at a novelty pole dancing club
