there's a place in Torquay
where the pengiuns are free to walk amongst you*. technically I have touched one with my shoe.

*not just in the street, it's an aquarium type place

it is rather good
they have underwater tunnels where you can see the penguins and seals swimming about above and beside you

Edinburgh Zoo used to have a Penguin Parade - perhaps they still do.
Touch the Penguins? If you look like you've got food they come over and mug you.
