we have a new phone system
where you have to press numbers for the appropriate departments.

My rage levels have increased significantly due to people pressing the wrong buttons, with an extra special rageface devoted to the people who just press 1 to avoid listening to the menu.

they should change
the number to skip the menu with every call - as long as the machine knows where to put things through that is
