I have a really annoying customer who doesn't understand the fact they have a 5% increase on everything after 22nd March, thinks they can ignore all our minimum quantities and has spelling worse than Gonz on a jellypeno day. (love ya Gonz)

I have an annoying customer
who doesn't understand that when I ask "did you get a quote from 'x'" that the answer I require is "yes" or "no" and not "I spoke to them about it". Because that doesn't really tell me what I need to know and I end up sending a slightly arsey reply back saying "yes, but did you get a quote?"

Cold chocolate is good
because it takes longer to melt in the mouth, and therefore the increased oral residence time leads to a longer pleasurable experience when eating it.

It is however not always a good idea to put a chunky, Yorkie style, bar in the fridge, because you might break your teeth trying to bite a bit off!

I had one on the other day
who started telling me what a bad secretary I am because I didn't grovel to him for his solicitor not calling him back. He was really aggresive straight off and then started telling me I was unprofessional so I told him I wasn't inclined to apologise when he was so hostile, which made him even madder. Douchebag.
