is that logo related to the superb but now defunct Rawkus record label?

Although I obviously own several of their T-shirts
The night is called Rawkus but is bugger all to do with the label. Very hard to get sponsorship this far into the wilds

I split them as I hate it when people just say Megadeath, Metallica, Iron Maiden etc...

This will take some serious thought. 80's has to Master of Puppets just ahead of Reign in Blood, however predictable that is, as I assume I'm not allowed to count The Real Thing as a metal album per se. 90's I'm going with Vulgar Display of Power because it's proper metal as opposed to Korn's debut. Am going to have to think a bit more about the 00's. I reckon you'll crucify me if I say The Poison by Bullet for my Valentine.
You?

but Appetite for Destruction was released in '92. Can't fault the choice though. If we're casting the net a little wider...
80's
Number of the Beast, Reign in Blood, Master of Puppets, Appetite for Destruction (obviously)
Faith No More - The Real Thing
Bon Jovi - Slippery When Wet (I don't care, I love it)
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Mothers Milk
90's
Rage Against the Machine, Vulgar Display of Power, Korn
Sepultura - Roots
Machine Head - Burn My Eyes
Slipknot - Slipknot
Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
00's
Have to be honest, I drifted away from metal in the last decade, I listen to a lot more electro nowadays. But special mention for...
Bullet for my Valentine - The Poison
Mindless Self Indulgence - You'll Rebel to Anything
Apoptygma Berzerk - You and Me Against the World
Avenged Sevenfold - City of Evil
Pendulum - In Silico
More as I think of them...
