I've done the 'cut off and ignore' thing before.
It wasn't quite as a bad as your one, but in retrospect, that was really shitty of me.

To be fair though, she wasn't excactly the worlds most loving person (to me) and I thought I deserved better, which I did/do... which is the oppersite to your case.
