Apart from this constant bloody headache. Have to get myself to the quack's, I reckon.

not to be a scare mongerer but there was a guy at work who was getting terrible headaches for a month or two, used to reduce him to tears, turns out the poor fucker had an aneurysm, collapsed at home one day and ended up spending 3 weeks in hospital
