I have been having a supplement every day, heavier meals (and more of them), and have been really working hard on my sleep patterns. I've found that since my sleep has improved I've started to feel and look healthier.
And Corsets are brilliant.

and trying to eat things like pies and fuckloads of pasta to build up the carbs. I'm not a snacker though and I have a high metabolism. Once I hit 21 it all piled on pretty easily though, dammit.

but part of the problem is that they make up most of my diet normally - so it took a while!
