but I have gained 5kgs and am now in a healthy weight range which is fantastic! I'm sleeping better, not catching every bug that goes past, and actually looking like I'm not a skeleton. I am stoked.

I have been having a supplement every day, heavier meals (and more of them), and have been really working hard on my sleep patterns. I've found that since my sleep has improved I've started to feel and look healthier.

And Corsets are brilliant.

and trying to eat things like pies and fuckloads of pasta to build up the carbs. I'm not a snacker though and I have a high metabolism. Once I hit 21 it all piled on pretty easily though, dammit.

My problem with weight has always been quite the opposite
But I'm assured by a good friend that putting weight on can be a hell of a struggle, so congratulations :-)

This week I have been pleased with my progress in jogging and free weights. Eventually we'll meet in the middle, although I'll be very surprised if you ever weigh as much as me. Unless you're like 6'3"

This weekend is 3 weeks of no booze
I've been exercising a reasonable amount, I've been going to football training.

I've been eating slightly better, I'm feeling better at work (although still work with hateful bastards) and the driving lessons are going well if a shade expensive.

So big cup day for the 7 a side team on Saturday so more fun and exercise. Must be better with my money though. Still tender from splashing out on attending a job interview 200 miles away, taking time off work, etc only to not get the job.

Onwards and upwards though
